Red Bean/Rajma Cutlet - Game Over

Something Really Different. This has been my own version .Red Beans has been a common beans to cook .Almost once in 2 weeks i do make it at home ...But this time i wanted to try something really different .Always red beans with rice or curry ...Lets try cutlet this time mmmmmm..It's Cutlet ....And i tell you guys it was really too good ...When V came back from office ..i asked him to guess this dish ..he voted for potato and beetroot ...But he was wrong ....was fun seeing him guess all different things....his thoughts are so wild ...

So here how it goes ...

Raw Materials Required

Red Beans - 1/2 lb
White Onions -1 (cut into small pieces)
Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
Gram Masala -1 tsp
Dhanya Powder - 1 tsp
Bread Crumbs
Salt as per taste
Coriander leaves for garnish

Preparation Style

Cook the red beans in the cooker .Let it cool down and drain it .Then without adding water grind it in the mixer .Take the paste and add onion and all the masala .Make small cutlets and turn it around the bread crumbs and place them in the tava .See to that both the side are equally brown .Add few drops of oil so make it more crispy .

Serve it hot with Chilli Sauce and Tomato sauce...

Hope you are enjoying the guessing game ...
