Capsicum And Carrot Fry

I love capsicum ..That too with chapati or paratha ..Wow man ..too good .I made some y'day night to go along with mulli paratha .I thought i could share it with all you guys ...Hope you like them

Raw Materials required

2 Full Capsicum
1 Carrot
1 Onion
1tsp Jeera
1tsp Sombhu
1/2 tsp haldi
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp gram masala
1/2 tsp dhanya powder
Little oil
Salt as per taste

Preparation Style

Cut the capsicum and carrot into small pieces and wash them .Then in a small pan add few drops of oil ,add jeera and sombhu and allow the flavor to fly .Then add onion and fry them until you get the golden color .Then add the vegge's and toss them .Add all the masala and salt and allow them to cook for 5 mts. Serve them hot

Just wanted to share a thought on cooking the capsicum .We should always cook them only for 5 mts to 7 mts and not more than that .If we over cook the vegge then taste would be little bit blunt .
